Each would be VF, but there's some light wear (rippling) along the top edge. Interior pages are off-white with no tears, creases or markings. Staples firmly attached. Two complete copies. I continued to expand my own collection over the years, but have reached a point in my life where it's time to start divesting myself of some of these treasures.
