MASTER HEIRLOOM SCROLL WORK SOLID BRASS ENGRAVING PLATE FOR NEW HERMES FONT TRAY

Description: For sale is a master heirloom scrollwork plate. This is one of the largest plates that we produce. It is 6" X 9 1/2" The larger scale of this item allows for more fine detail to fit into the image. This piece reproduces fine scrollwork like you see on the piece of aluminum in the pictures. And the interior oval has room for an inscription for a wedding gift, sterling platter or a firearm. This piece is very easy to trace as 95 % of the image is only 2 trace lines. This plate was a commission for a man in Texas to engrave on firearms. He ordered this along with our whitetail deer and turkey plate. This piece is screwed down to a piece of oak plywood to protect it during shipping. This weighs slightly over 28 ounces so I will mail it in a padded priority envelope. This is a large plate and will not work on the smaller model GM or the MINI-GRAVE. You must have one of the larger machines for this to fit. Please note that the reproduction on the aluminum is for display and not part of the sale. This is so large it will not slide into the copy tray. It is mounted to your copy stops using the included hardware package. This even includes the Allen wrench needed to tighten the setscrews to your copy tray. Please note that the part number is for id only and is not meant to be engraved. You unscrew your brass thumbscrews and then insert the stainless steel set screws. Leave them loose and then place the template over the set screws which will automatically set the spacing. Then lightly tighten the set screws with the hex wrench. Then just add the brass thumb nuts and tighten it. If you pay by noon I will also mail the same day for faster service.
