Description: Giant Maxfield Parrish "Spirit Of Transportation" AKA "Royal Gorge" Modern Glicee Print Image size is 30 x 24 inchesThe paper size is 44 x 30 inches This very high quality modern Glicee print was purchased new by my father in 2012 and the shipping tube was never opened. The tube preserved it in like new, mint condition but it is difficult to unroll because the paper wants to maintain a rolled form and springs back when expanded. This made it very tricky to photograph. I would recommend getting help to unroll it so you don't crease it. Or any frame shop can do it safely. It has never been hung or handled and should be considered new old stock. Giclee printing (pronounced zhee-clay) is a method of inkjet printing, but not all inkjet prints are giclee prints. The intention of giclee printing is to produce a product at a higher quality and with a longer lifespan than a standard desktop inkjet printer.
