Description: Up for sale is a old vintage original Book Matnard's English Classic Series Evangeline written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow and Published by Charles E. Merrill Co in New York N. Y. in 1893. Also on the front cover along the top and down the edge there is light wear, scuff marks, light nicks, and the corners are rounding from age. Also at the top and bottom of the spine there is light wear, and along the spine there is wear, scuff marks, and on the front of the cover there is scuff marks, and wear, and at the bottom right corner there is light soiling. On the back cover along the top and down the edge there is wear and scuff marks, and on the cover there is scuff marks, wear, annnnnd a few ripples on the cover. On the inside of the front cover there is a person name besides this the pages are in great shape no pen or pencil marks, tears, crayon, creases, stains, or fading. But the pages are lightly yellowing from age and on some pages there is light brown smudges on some pages. Besides this the book is in outstanding condition for being 131 years old.
