Very smooth.***The McCoy E-2 uses a unique dual motor drive train. Notes: We have not repaired, rebuilt or refurbished any locomotives or cars. They are as we acquired them. The diecast drive wheels McCoy used unfortunately have a tendency to disintegrate over time (Zinc Pest). This renders the engines unable to operate but usually still display well.
