It appears to have elements of tin lithography and perhaps hand painted elements. This is the tinplate Meccano Hornby series grade crossing with gates. I believe it was originally called Level Crossing No.1. It was made for early clockwork or windup trains. Check out the track and see if it would go with your tinplate train.
