Published by arrangement with Houghton Mifflin Company, Boston, Massachusetts. In very good condition. There's one main minor blemish at the top of the front cover (see photos), but overall the cover is in very good solid condition for the age. The binding is nice and solid. There are no rips, tears, or markings on the pages. Just some mild discoloration, and kinda smells of tobacco. Please see all photos and let me know if you have any questions. This is a rare and important piece of history! I've been shopping book stores, thrift stores, antique stores, etc, and collecting books for many years... This is the first one of these I've ever seen in person. Looking around online, most are never nearly this good of condition!
