DESCRIPTION - Each book is bound with 3/4 leather, with marbled boards and marbled endpapers, gold letterin’ on spines, and with the tops of the pages tipped in gold........Mercy!!!!.....Each book measures about 9 inches high, and about 6 3/4 inches across the front... CONDITION - The set is in good ocndition......The pages are good, with the edges darkened, and with what I would call a fairly light old book scent - which I like....And some of the pages are uncut……The covers are solid, with some use, with some darkened areas.....The hinges are strong.......This is a good, solid set…...And it looks real purty a-settin’ on the shelf – great for display..…..…I think you will be mighty pleased with it..... ....
