The watch is one of those pieces that you can use on the set for your production or wear bumping around the marina – whether you’re a rag-man or a stink-potter. It’s nice enough to have its original 7AK 21 jewel Swiss movement serviced and worn to events or give to that beautiful loved one of yours who deserves something nice. Dial and classic yellow gold-filled horned-lug case with original thick glass crystal is surprisingly crisp for such a vintage piece. Sharp piece all the way around with very good energy. PLEASE NOTE: This handsome work of horological art by one of the world’s most accomplished watch houses has wonderful wrist presence and has run and set well for us. However, it must be serviced – that is to say cleaned, oiled and calibrated – before being worn as an everyday driver.
