Description: The Mercedes-Benz 600, also known as the W100, emerged as a sophisticated mode of transportation meticulously crafted by Daimler-Benz during the 1960s and 1970s. This stylish conveyance found utility worldwide among and for the upper echelons, serving as the epitome of perfection, high-class technology, comfort, exclusivity, and uniqueness. The Pullman variant stood out as the largest luxury automobile of the post-war era. In addition to state-sponsored use, international luminaries in politics, business, aristocracy, and show business proudly chose to own and travel in the Mercedes-Benz 600. The "Big Mercedes" made its debut at the Internationale Automobil-Austellung (IAA) in Frankfurt in September 1963, offering several editions, including the Pullman Limousine, Pullman Sedan, and Pullman Landaulet. The four-door sedan is nearly two meters wide and 5.54 meters long, while the Pullman Saloon with six doors boasts a majestic length of 6.24 meters. The third version is the open Pullmann Landaulet, featuring a fixed roof over the driver/front passenger and a folding roof at the rear of the coupe. Two versions of the Landaulet were available, one with a long rear lid and the other with a short one. In the rear of the classic Pullman, two rows of seats were arranged. In the long six-door version, customers could choose a middle row with folding seats, intended for clients traveling with staff or bodyguards. The vehicles are powered by a V8 fuel-injected engine with a displacement of 6.3 liters and a power output of 250 hp. Thus, the 2.6-ton limousine is capable of reaching a top speed of 205 km/h. In its prime, the 600 Pullman was the fastest production sedan in the world. The comfort of the vehicles was enhanced by air suspension, a comprehensive hydraulic servo system, electrically adjustable heating and ventilation system, air conditioning, hydraulically adjustable seats, hydraulic windows, and sunroofs. Regarding interior decorations, customers could choose from various precious wood finishes and the finest velour or leather for the interior lining. There was also a bar in the rear with a refrigerator, a car phone, and a retractable partition. With this luxurious automobile, Daimler-Benz created a buzz among the international elite, and for decades, the 600 Pullman stood as a benchmark in its own class. CMC will offer a precise metal replica of the six-door Pullman 600 Landaulet version during the 2020 period, and the new release will distinguish itself with an unprecedented level of intricate details and authenticity to pay homage to a truly iconic vehicle. 6-/7-seater limousine equipped with six doors and three rows of seats on a steel-framed chassis and a unified bodyV8-cylinder engine with an 8-piston injection pump4-speed automatic transmission with a steering column-mounted shifterPower steeringAir suspension with automatic level controlHydraulic power opening and closing of doors, windows, and seat adjustmentMaximum output: 184 kW (250 PS) at 4000 rpmDisplacement: 6332 ccMaximum speed: 205 km/h (factory specification)Wheelbase: 3900 mmOverall length: 6240 mm
