All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 7 working days from the date your return is approved and/or authorized. -A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for "buyer’s remorse" in which case shipping costs are non-refundable. -Buyer Pays for all RETURN shipping costs, unless the buyer receives the wrong item. Then TOY SLAYER will pay the return shipping. -Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center. -TOY SLAYER is not responsible for any item that is broken after the buyer opens the package.
