Description: Up for sale is an early Michael Anderson & Sons Pottery bowl, with 3 stylized snake handle and ball feet, measuring 6" across at the handles. This bowl, made in the late 1890's in Ronne, Denmark, is covered in a dark green Majolica style tin glaze. This bowl, despite being over 120 years old, is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is a fine overall crazing that you would expect to find on a gloss glaze of this age. Also, this piece has several areas where the tan clay is showing though. Those are all "factory" glaze skips, original to production, and in no way post production damage.
