Description: Custom Made Miniature Blanket Chest, Lancaster County, Pa . Purchased from the estate of Frank Weaver, 2008. Made by his grandfather, Frank was the last in his branch of the family. Includes the full provenance and a few items from inside. Shrink split top, and old water damage to bottom corner as shown in pics. Back is apparently cedar, while the balance appears to be of white pine. Small white sticker with grandfather’s P.O. Box was attached to bottom of glove-box lid. Toy was wedged in seam.
