The handle and wheel undercarriage are metal and the rest of the wagon and wheels are plastic. On each side of the wagon , there is a small sign that says Radio Flyer / Town and Country. The wheels are white, with the inside of the tires being red. The colors and bright and vivid. No chips or scratches. This is from my personal collection.
