It will fit all the Manual focus film bodies from the 1960-80's such as the SRT, X700, etc. Condition is used. Glass is good, no fungus or haze. I am sure given it's age a very minor spec of dust internally, but nothing that will affect photos. In very good condition and rare to come by.
