It was designed by Master Sculptor Arthur Moeller in 1938 with an earlier name of 'Father's Joy' and it was discontinued in 2006. This ultra rare variation is valued between $2,400 - $4,000 (see last photo). It is 5 1/2" tall. Comes with a Goebel box.
