This glove is for the RIGHT handed thrower as the glove fits on the Left hand ! In my opinion this mitt will make a perfect catchers mitt for a larger boy ! I would say middle school would be perfect or for a smaller high school player ! This particular is in great shape ! The glove is broken in and game ready and it feels incredible on the hand ! Wait until you get this mitt on your hand you will understand what I’m talking about ! The glove also has an incredibly large pocket as you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this mitt it is not going to pop out ! Checkout the 4th and 5th photos how the glove just totally gobbles up and wraps itself around a baseball while the 6th photo shows how the glove looks in the closed position without a ball in the pocket and the 8th and the 9th photos show how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12” round softball ( but I don’t believe this glove will work well for softball ) ! As far as fitting goes, this glove is a tight fit on my average adult size hand ! The inner lining is in excellent condition as the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls ! I don’t see any ink or marker anywhere on the glove ! You will not be disappointed with this glove ! The only flaw with this mitt would be that it has that flaking going on on the piping where the hand enters the mitt ! This is not a big deal and it is cosmetic onl ! I will attempt to remove as much as the flaking as I possibly can !
