Description: Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a beautiful Moser turquoise glass enamel decorated trinket box, c. 1890. The turquoise glass body has rich coloration and is decorated with white enameled flowers with gilt embellishing and white beading. There is a plain brass band (collar) on each piece with a hinged top. The hinge is tight and the box opens and closes correctly. Measures 1 3/8" high, 2 1/8" in diameter inside with an overall width of 2 1/2". Weighs 2.5 ounces. This pretty trinket box is in excellent Estate condition with no chips, cracks or repairs although there is some minor wear on the gilt border surrounding the center design on the top of box and normal aged patina on the brass collar.
