The file on this USB drive is the OEM file from SoftBank Robotics preloaded into our USB flasher. HOW IT WORKS: 1. Insert the usb flasher into the back of the NAO's head 2. Press and hold the chest button for 6 seconds until you see rapid flashing blue lights. **This process should take about 30 minutes to complete** 3. When the reset is completed successfully, you should hear NAO say "Ognak Gnouk". The chest button should flash yellow. 4. Press on Nao's chest one time and he should say " I successfully updated my system. I am now running version 2.8.7. I successfully completed my factory reset. All of my data and settings have been reset."
