I will always tell you the good and bad if there are issues with the magazine. I will also take a lot of pictures so you can be the judge for your self with the condition of the magazine. One thing that I cannot tolerate is when I am looking at an item on Ebay and the seller has one sentence for the description of the item and one picture. It's like, you got to be kidding me? So yes, I do take a lot of time describing the item along with pictures but in do respect to you the buyer you deserve to know exactly what you are spending your money for. I would rather not sell you the magazine if it is not the condition that you are looking for. I travel all over the State Of Texas to seek out items that I know my customers will appreciate and enjoy for years to come and to possibly pass down to their children or grand children. My goal is to make you happy and hopefully you will tell your friends to check us out. We literally have something for everyone young and old. This particular magazine is in Near-Mint condition. There is no address label on the front page of the magazine. It has been very well taken care of. The magazine is so tight from not being opened up it was hard to keep the magazine open wide enough to take pictures. On a scale from 1 to 10 for a magazine I would give it between an 8 and 9. It looks like it has never been read. There are no pages torn in the magazine, no marks, and no handwriting on any of the pages. You will have a very hard time finding one like this in better shape than this one. If you have been in the market for this magazine and you wanted it in excellent condition then look no more.
