The card is simply given a gentle shake, and the X's move in full view.The video demo that Lawrence and Penguin post shows the X's moving one at a time. This is possible, but not easy and not a sure thing. (Even Lawrence says this while teaching the trick.) While the gimmick is constructed to allow one-at-a-time movement, there is nothing in the gimmick to guarantee that two or more X's won't move when you command an X to move. So if you are looking at buying this, think of it as a visible jump of all four X's at once. That effect is easy and sure-fire. I imagine certain super-magicians, with a lot of practice, can get to where they can move the X's one at a time with a high degree of consistency. But for most of us mere mortals, assume the four X's gather in one fell swoop. Comes with the necessary blue Bicycle gimmick and online instructions.
