I ended up boiling water on the stove and carefully sniffed up the steam from a safe distance a few times which cleared up my dry nose issue. A humidifier might also help but if you want to try this, I am selling this unopened set for $20. If you buy this I hope you open it and that it works for you! It seemed like a neat idea in the store when I bought it.
