Note that you must supply a 250w R40 type heat bulb for this fixture as it is not included from the factory. This combo 70cfm ventilation fan and head lamp has never been used, I opened the box and photograph the components so you could see everything is new and still in new condition, never installed or used. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
