The collectible is in Very Nice condition, with nice dark/deep coloring with off-white pages. The edges have wear and rounding; the first panel (New England Tours) appears to have printer's ink around all the edges, there is a light crease at the top right-hand edge; the Officers' panel has 'M720 5-' written in pencil at the top right-hand corner; when opened to see the "Typical New England village street" panels there is an approx. 1/8" crease at the top edge and a slight bend at the right-hand top edge; when fully opened you can see some approx. 1/8" creases at the top left- ("To Ottawa") and right-hand ("To St. John 86") and bottom right-hand corners ("Open All the Year") and some nicks under "1929" and "Newton"). Considering this item has been in circulation for almost 100-years, it has definitely stood the test of time. Additional scans and/or details can be provided if needed.
