Outer case is plastic, and you will need a Huret/Schwinn style handlebar mounting bracket to use. I see several listed on the Ebay system. All the Huret speedometer heads that I have listed are fully functioning, lubed & tested. This also will work with any size wheel. You only need to match the driver size, to your wheel size.
