The only time this was ran was duringthe break in period of the motor. Since these were in storage, we have cleaned them up so they are in like-new condition again! Upon inspection, we did notice that there are various scuffs and scratches from storage, but this will not affect the overall performance, please see picture. You will get everything that is pictured ***Also, please note that we DO NOT accept returns for our cowlings.
