The envelope and book may have bent corners, small rips/tears, or stains/markings. I have personally checked this pattern to make sure nothing is missing. After each inspection, I then place them in a clear cellophane envelope that is sealed. Please email me with any questions you may have. All sales are final. I will not accept returns nor issue store credit. Please do not use scissors or razor blades to open the poly envelope. You may accidentally tear the pattern. I only ship within the United States and all patterns are shipped by the United States Postal Service. All patterns are shipped VIA first class.
