Ordered for a customer a little while ago and he no longer needs it. It enables users of press brakes with a ZI European style ram to convert their press brake to New Standard Tooling.It comes with the adjustment wedges that allow the crown in the machine to be fine tuned to a high degree of accuracy. However, the 1530mm (60”) length of this Clamping System and the press brake that it would be used on are very short and therefore, ram and bed deflection (crowning) issues are almost never a problem. That makes this a solution without a problem.Re-setting the adjustment wedges when necessary is extremely cumbersome and time consuming. It must almost always be done by a factory trained service engineer.If the press brake has an adequate amount of open height, the 100mm (3.937”) height would be nice as it provides additional tool height for bending 4-sided parts.
