Description: This is a New Old Stock "Grip 350". Its a .5 mm mechanical pencil made in Japan and offered by Y&C, Yasutomo & Company, a long time ago. The fully retracting feature made it an instant favorite. The lead advances with a softer pressing of the cap and fully extends or retracts the writing mechanism with a stronger depressing. The rubber grip was a pretty new thing back then but makes it comfortable to use all day even now. The strong clip makes it findable on a notebook, pants pocket or a shirt pocket of course. A small white eraser awaits under the cap and its refillable with any .5mm lead. This was the 2nd model offered as the 1st model had many sides. You'll love the deep forest green color of this one.
