The elasticity in the waist is still as good as the day they were made, and these have the ruffled waist line that only come with the team issued apparel . It still has the rubber ring inside the waist to keep them from falling off. Waist at rest is 15 inches, waist to middle of the crotch seam is 14.5 inches.
