Those show up in the later pictures. The Nikon started life as part of an IBIS Integrated Ballistics Identification System. That sparked a fair amount of interest but not any offers even as the price got down to the point where it almost wasn’t worth messing with a freight shipment. So I decided to part out one of the two I had. Whether this can be repurposed to some other pursuit I have no idea. The physical condition is excellent but I cannot speak to it optically. The only thing I can state for the record is that the coarse up/down focus mechanism works like a charm. The fine adjustment knob had been removed and replaced with a stepper motor. I have that available separately but I do NOT have the controller for it. The IBIS front piece that this bolted on to weighs 63 pounds. OK, that includes a Nikon trim piece shown with it, but does NOT include things that I stripped off like a NEAT motorized X-Y stage, etc. So that would have to ship separately and going to a business address if that is the case it might be better to ship both pieces freight. I still have a less stripped version of the IBIS but I have to assume maybe technology passed it by. If you are interested in that please inquire but you should have bought it before the idiots at ebay blew out a thousand of my listings for no particular reason. The NEAT stage is worth more than I was asking for the whole thing. Also note that local pickup is encouraged. All items are sold as is with no warranty offered unless one is specifically stated.
