Description: Conker's Bad Fur Day - Nintendo Power Guide Guide is brand new in bag. Bag has a large tear through the back where a sticker was placed half on and half off the guide. A second sticker was placed a few inches below. Tear bleeds into the side, some splitting present on top side, other general wear. Additionally, the back of the bag has some mildew residue and a slight odor - guide appears to have been stored in a humid environment though the guide itself does not have water damage. Guide has a small tear on the top side at the top, some wear to spine, and may show some other light general wear as the bag offers almost zero protection. Please study photos carefully.
