It's in pretty good condition with minimal wear, the screens are in very good condition with no scratches. I tested it, and all functions work as intended. All buttons respond, touchscreen is accurate, and it reads games. The hinge is completely intact, no cracks or breaks in the plastic. There is one small hairline crack on the bottom shell on the left of the screen. System does come with a stylus. This mod is uncommon, coupled with a capture card it is nearly unheard of. This DS system is bright screen modded, which means it has 4 levels of brightness as opposed to the usual 2 that these systems came with from the factory.
