Please choose the amount of Chi-yu you like for your broth, blending with various seasonable vegetables and roots. You can feel the richness and aroma of ramen. Thicker mouthfeel soup with extra Chi-yu added to Tanrei. ●About the Product 1. Noodles Straight, non-fried noodles with whole wheat flour that are supple and crispy. 2. Soup Golden soup based on chicken bones with the richness of chicken oil, the umami of seafood such as bonito and kelp, and the refreshing aroma of yuzu (Japanese citron). 3.
