Description: 8" by 12" color print of North Central Airlines Convair 580 N4822C at ORD in July 1979. Delivered new to Delta in November 1956 as a CV-440, this Convair was sold to North Central in 1964 and was converted to a CV-580 in December 1967. It stayed in the fleet through the Republic and Northwest mergers and was retired by Northwest in 1989. ****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans.
