Description: Precious New Old Stock Vintage Seiss Clacker Horn. Has Seiss Patent Mar 28 '05 and Jun 29 '20. This cool childs accessory was made to mount on small diameter handlebars used on childs bicycles and tricylces. It makes a fairly loud noice when you crank the little lever that operates this cute little collectable. I am sure this is the kids version of the larger Klaxon Horn but made in smaller simple way. It has a gloss black finish that still shines after 90 years. Very minor scuffing from being stored but no rust at all. Never mounted and is like new. Mounts on small diamter bars about 5/8" max. Perfect for your restored project and nice just to display on your collectables display. Sure to hold its value and just increase over the years. Great stocking stuffer for the kids both big and little! I put one on the crossbrace on my Autocycle handlebars and it drives people out of their doldrums to hear it and I ain't charging what you would have to pay for a Klaxon! One of the wrappers had the price it was going for back around the turn of the Century.. $.03 as in 3 cents!! Guess inflation is still inflating...so don't be hesitating...limited quantities in stock. It is all of 2 1/2" in diameter.
