Description: I have listed this as New Old Stock, the container has been opened and the seal broken. I am not a cartoonist pen expert, but in my opinion, this has never been used. The ink bottle is original to the set and is full and upon disassembling the artpen I noticed that the clear tube is extremely clean with no evidence of ink being in it, regardless of its condition these are extremely rare and this one is in mint condition. This will be packaged in a box with bubble wrap so that the original case does not crack, I will also be paying for the extra added insurance to accommodate the selling price, I'm sure you don't want to receive a damaged collectible Artpen.
