Fitted with a 14C-585 solid gold Medium nib. This is the 'old style' model M400 with one cap ring that was made from 1982 - 1997. The cap ring is marked 'PELIKAN' and 'GERMANY', so the pen was made between 1990 and 1997. The pen is New Old Stock and under magnification shows some marginal signs of storage wear and handling. The piston mechanism runs smoothly and draws the full amount of ink.
