This is a solid brass buckle with darkened accents, made by The Norman Company, of Award Design Medals, in Dallas, Texas, in the 1960s-70s. It is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have a dark patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/4" x 2-5/8", fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 4.6 oz. Please ask any questions before you buy, and look at all the photos, what you see is what you are buying.
