Description: New without tag is a Victoria Beckham for Target skirt. Skirt is orange with a zipper at the side. It has a scallop trimmed front pocket with a scallop trim flap opening. Perfect for a cell phone. The 3rd photo shows the pocket opened. See care instructions for details, but can be machine washed. The skirt is unlined. The fabric content is 63% polyester; 30% rayon; 7% spandex. Item is new, but the price/hang tag has been removed. They still have a bit of the black ribbon from when it originally had a tag. I've shown this in the last photo. There is a clear price barb on the skirt also, shown in the 2nd to last photo. Size is women's plus size 3X. I measure it laying flat as follows. It measures about 25-1/4" wide at the waistband (or 50-1/2" around). It measures about 18-1/2" long from the waistband to hem.
