Description: This listing is for a gorgeous Trish Scully handkerchief skirt party dress. The style is Phoebe and the color is a gray/blue with lace accents. The skirt features a satin like underskirt peeking between sections of tulle. The bodice is tulle and the lace panels are complete on the front even though one appears hidden in my photos. The measurements for pit to pit flat, waist and shoulder to hem length are in the photos. The dress is stunning and unfortunately was a touch too small for our 9 year old. The dress is currently not in production at Trish Scully so while we are on the lookout for a larger size, we are hoping another little girl could wear this one. : )
