O RailKing 30-2751-1 Atlantic Coast Line VO-1000 Diesel Loco Digital command

Description: This is an O RailKing 30-2751-1 Atlantic Coast Line VO-1000 Diesel Loco Digital command. I did NOT test the Command Control for this, I applied AC to the center and outside and the sound worked but the wheels did not move. Please watch and listen to the video when approved. The sounds were not all tested (requires Command) but there was nice sound. I have the 20 page manual for this electronically but it is not in the box. Can send the manual to an e-mail upon request. This is a beautiful engine.This has Proto 2 sound and DCC - but according to the manual can be used on almost any Transformer. There is a whole page just for the transformers it can be used with. Very clean unit that was not run very much.
