Perfectly acceptable for over 100 years old. 50 pages Previous owner removed staples I assume to be able to turn pages without damaging. No cut outs, all pages are present. Pages are not brittle or chipping. There may be some edge tears, toning, bumped corners, ever so slight soft crease. Magazine will come packaged in clear storage bag, and firmly packed to avoid bending
