Description: This is an oem briggs and stratton carburator pn 495461 made to fit the 1 quart tank pn 495370. This carburtator was soak in parts cleaner and rebuilt with a new diaphragm. It was tested on a 3.5hp engine and it works well at idle and full throttle. Carbutator was removed from Briggs stratton engine model 90212 1231 E1 This will fit many other briggs and stratton engine 3.0 to 3.5 hp. If you are sure check with me and I will clarify.
