They were hand counted and there are over 250 envelopes remaining in there. Item is the one pictured. Check my other listings as I will have many other items up for sale from my personal collection. Shipping is through USPS and price is calculated by weight and dimensions of the shipped item and packaging. Item is available to be shipped Worldwide through ebay International Shipping. Item can not be shipped to any country excluded by the USPS. Check USPS's website for more info on any exclusions. International Shipping: Another note on International shipping is that it is the buyer's responsibility to track your item once it arrives into your country. Any import duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If an international shipment is returned from the shipping service due to not collecting your item, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for the item to be resent. If a refund is to be issued because of an item not picked up and sent back, only the item price will be refunded and not the shipping cost. Refunds/Lost Packages: Refunds (in the U.S. only) are also offered if an item is lost by the post office before the tracking number shows delivered.
