In the event that you have been left a card from a courier or Royal Mail saying your parcel needs to be collected, it is your responsibility to make arrangements to collect it, this can usually be done by quoting the reference on the card and rescheduling a new delivery time. Items must be returned to us unused in the condition they are received including all packaging, tags and labels.
