Description: Custom proportioner/ blend manifold for soft wash systems. With this, you no longer need to batch mix your softwash chemicals. Simply add a hose to your water, SH bleach, and surfactant/soap and attach them to this metering system to get washing! You can control each item individually to get the exact chemical ratio you're looking for without having to stop and mix a new batch every time you run out or want to change ratios. 3 independent metering valves, all genuine OEM Pentair valves, as well as check valves on each line ensure that you get the right mix and no cross-contamination. Constructed from high-grade polypropylene fittings, this system is designed to be stronger and more resilient to chemicals. The pentair valves are far more accurate than simple ball valves as seen on other systems. This is set for a 1/2" inlet hose for water and SH, a 1/4" inlet hose for your surfactant, and a 3/4" outlet hose from the proportioner to your pump. All systems are fully assembled, sealed, and tested before being shipped to ensure your product is ready to use, right out of the box! We can also customize a system specifically to fit your needs.
