This is a 2nd edition of the 1st Hull Pottery Old Spice Shaving Soap Mug. This cream-colored shaving soap mug features the "Ship Friendship". *Ship Friendship is used on original and subsequent packaging and on mugs starting around 1940. The Friendship made 17 voyages to European and Asiatic ports and was captured by the British in 1812.* There are no ribs inside, and the handle features a nice thumb-stop. The circular logo on the bottom is difficult to read but reads "Early American, Old Spice, Made in USA". It measures approximately 3" tall and about 3 1/4" on the outside diameter. There is some crazing and discoloration, as expected with something of this age. This is from the D.L. Collection. All reasonable offers will be considered.
