Description: Amazing One of a Kind Emporium of San Francisco 1890's-1920ish US Navy Velvet Crackerjack Jumper Shirt..i found it years ago at an estate sale near Seattle..Its velvet or a velvet-like fabric on the outside.I found a tag in the pocket that says "The Emporium" San Francisco,-Which was a huge department store there with a two story restaurant,full music orchestra and a ferris wheel, that opened in 1896..I believe its possibly a civilian version of the us navy shirt?? I havent found anything that looks like it online..I included a picture of the emporium that i found online
