Description: 9/27/1976 - Teary-eyed Walt announces stepping down as Dodger manager after 23 years at the helm. Just purchased a nice size pile (100+) original (mostly) UPI press file photos. These are from a newspaper's files. Many of these are stamped on back "Please credit United Press International Photo" and/or have handwritten notes on back with code numbers. These stamps do not reproduce well on my scanner (it "washes" them out) so only front is shown. Original print 8" x 10" black & white photo. 100% complete and viewable, light age discoloration, wear from normal viewing and storage. OLD and ORIGINAL. NOT a reproduction of any kind. As close as you can get to the originals, MUCH better than the crummy laser prints many dealers try to pass off as "originals". Front shown. See scan(s) for good idea of condition.
